NowPray.com collects personally identifying information and data
about individuals, their company, and the company's demographics
"personally identifying information and data" including:
a. when you provide information to NowPray.com, such as when
you register or sign up for any of our products such as

user's computer. The cookie itself does not contain any

has been supplied by a subscriber or registered user.
b. If you have registered with NowPray.com, the information
in your "cookie" may be used to provide a more personalized
experience on our Web site. For example, in a prayer request
forum, a cookie allows us to show you which posted requests are
new since your last log-in.
c. If you haven't registered with NowPray.com, we may place a
cookie on your system to help provide a more personalized visit.
This cookie identifies you as a unique user by means of a
tracking ID. However, if you have not registered on our site, we
cannot link that user ID with personal identifying information
and data about you such as your name or e-mail address.
d. Other cookies without personally identifying information
and data are used to enable NowPray.com to manage any banner
advertisements presented or personalized information to the
user. Only users willing to contribute to NowPray.com are
afforded the opportunity to bypass some or all advertising.

or invitees are used by NowPray.com for surveys for NowPray.com.
No fax numbers are rented and/or licensed to outside firms for
anything other than a NowPray.com purpose.
i. E-mail addresses of NowPray.com members, prospective
members, or invitees are used for identification and contact
purposes. These e-mail addresses may also be used to collect
feedback, to promote NowPray.com products and services, but they
will not be rented to other firms. When you provide your email
address to us, you agree to receive email from NowPray.com and
its affiliated subsidiaries.
j. We allow users to "opt-out" of receiving further
promotional e-mail from NowPray.com. All members agree to
receive prayer requests from the NowPray.com servers. Any
member refusing such emails, marking them as spam, attempting to
blacklist the NowPray.com service or servers, or returning
prayer requests to the NowPray.com servers (as non-deliverable)
will be removed from the active list of members.
k. Personal identifying information submitted on portions of
our site developed with outside third parties may be shared with
those third parties, and the information will be governed by
those parties' privacy policies as well as NowPray.com's.
NowPray.com, nor any of its parent companies or any of its
subsidiaries or affiliates do not bear any responsibility for
any actions or policies of such third parties. An example of
this might be PayPal, for instance, who collects all monies for
NowPray.com. This policy will apply to all such 3rd party sites
